Okay, so I decided after living by myself for a while that it might be a nice thing to grace the old housemates with my presence because I'm sure they all miss me. I get there, bust the door open since no one's answering, and what the frick?

Where the hell did everyone in the Isunza House go?

How does a house that big become completely deserted just like that? Freaking doesn't make sense.

It's been two freaking weeks since I left you a message about that job offer. Do you want to see me about it or not?

Hey, I know I kind of poofed away forever because the multiverses like messing with me, but is there any chance I could get back that clerk job at the Hokage's? Or anything else there that isn't disgusting and full of ingrateful assfaces like the theater or anything in the food business? I guess there's always that chance of me disappearing again, but I figure it'd be nice to do something more self-fulfilling while I'm sticking around.

You're kidding me. Here again? I swear, if this world and I were dating, it'd be a love-hate relationship because the damned universe can't decide whether it wants me or not. I don't see why it wouldn't but whatever. If I cared enough about love lives, I'd be a fine catch keeping the guy on his toes and all, so I don't get what the multiverse's problem is.

Brief character introduction
Noharu Sakurako is an alternate version of Haruno Sakura designed after the canon character’s “Inner Sakura.” She despises being called by the wrong name, which happens often since she warped worlds.

What was established when she joined the comm.? (ie, what was the character bio in her app?)
Why, you can take a look-see here. I apped her before the application was redesigned, so I’m working on fleshing her background out in her profile. It’s…still not finished, orz.

What are her skills like? Does she have any special abilities?
Sakurako is not a ninja, though she has the potential to match her canon counterpart’s physical strength. She’s fond of using brute force to assert her inflated sense of authority, as well as vent her anger and frustrations. While her strength makes her a formidable opponent should you get on her bad side, she lacks the finesse and technique shinobi are trained to exhibit in battle, so her moves are rather clumsy. Were she to learn to control her chakra like Tsunade and Sakura, she could deal much more damage than she’s currently capable of with probably half the energy she usually exerts.

Unlike her canon version, Sakurako never showed the same aptitude for genjutsu during her short time in academy. It’s doubtful she would train to be a medic-nin because she has such a short fuse, but whether she’ll ever resume her shinobi training at all is still in the air. For now, she’s a “eat fist and take my boot up your ass” kind of gal.

What has happened with Sakurako since she joined OA? What changes, if any, have occurred?
The first in-game person she encountered was (OOC)Sasuke, whom she initially mistook for her cheater of an ex-boyfriend Susake. Since then they’ve fostered a bantering, sort-of love-hate relationship, in which Sasuke usually wins over Sakurako. In one instance, Sasuke tricked a hung-over Sakurako into believing they slept together, even though they only reached first base and he stripped her to look like they’d done the act. A seal she can’t seem to get off of her calf continues to remind her of that night: Sasuke’s name. He also snuck into and painted her room with graffiti proclaiming her so-called love for him as a prank. She’s convinced she hates the guy, but at the same time she can’t stop initiating most of their arguments…

Sasuke dropped Sakurako off at the Isunza house after they first met. Sakurako less than welcomed Aida back home from her mission, but since that discourteous meeting they became acquaintances. Several people took residence in the house, and she maintained a casual association with them.

It’s hard to say Sakurako ever made any actual friends, but she was closest in a way to Sasuke’s then girlfriend (OOC)Ino, (OOC)Lee, and (IC)Sakura. She never completely accepted Ino wasn’t Inori, her rival and Susake’s other woman. Initially basing her hatred towards Ino on physical and situational resemblance to her rival – “Inori” won “Susake” in this world too, go fig – Sakurako realized Ino was much sweeter than she expected and begrudgingly came to like her. Her kind-of friendship with Lee happened unexpectedly. Sakurako treated Lien (her world’s Lee) poorly, constantly turning down offers to be his girlfriend and making out with Susake whenever Lien saw them together. Amused to finally come across her own double, Sakurako “accidentally” mentioned Sasuke and Ino were romantically involved and had a child. Despite trying to one-up Sakura at first, Sakurako came to like her other self.

Ino and Lee eventually disappeared, and the two Sakurako became saturated in their own lives. Further into the game, Sakurako’s housemate Cream was killed by Akatsuki, upsetting the pink-haired girl more than she expected. Sakurako would never admit losing her grip on these relationships affected her though, and the longer she remained in this world, the more nostalgic for her home she became despite having little to return to. Seeing this as a weakness, she largely isolated herself from society and buried herself in her job, filing mission reports for the Hokage. She’d have rather died than let people see how pathetic she became.

Late April of this year (during the hiatus before this one), Sakurako shifted through too many universes to remember, staying no longer than a week in each one and lacking enough time to get used to her new environments and get to know any of the people she came across. The experience discombobulated her so much that when she returned to game world and found out Aida, assuming Sakurako returned to her world, gave (girl)Gaara her old room, she took personal offense and saw it as a celebration she was gone. When she cooled off and didn’t disappear after a week, she felt an urge to reconnect with people, something she again will never admit.


Most of the last paragraph is in progress or my general plans concerning what I want to do with Sakurako at this point in the game. But that’s the gist of her character. I also seriously need to log with her more, because holy crap, her last posted log? Happened in November. D: I think I had one or two logs completed or in the works since then that were never posted for whatever reason, but those don’t count.

Let me guess. No, you're not ninjas. You're cybernetic pirates that specialize in shinobi espionage tactics to gather information on your next plunder. Or are you high school students slash spell casters at the most prestigious magic academy in the world who're battling for supremacy? Not like I care, but a girl's entitled to her curiosity. Guess it won't matter anyway since I'll probably get swept up to some other new world again, pth.


This place...feels familiar for some reason.

I meant to mention this on the actual day of occasion, but I thought I'd see who'd actually remember.

*At the Isunza house, Aida and Suigetsu will find random pieces of smashed furniture and spans of wall punched or kicked in. Sakurako's room is a complete disaster zone: bed upturned, walls torn up, furniture thrashed across the room -- nothing is in its proper place.*

I open the window for a few seconds of fresh air and a crapload of paper birds come flying at my face. What the hell? Gods, if any of those damn things had paper cut my face-- Who's Beidei, anyway? Their spelling sucks.

So there's a party on Thursday and ghosts in my house, if I hear right. It's about time things got interesting around here.
